RETURN POLICY

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Return Process: If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team at 03293071570 WhatsApp. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please ensure that the RMA number is marked on the package when you ship it back to us.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the address provided on our website. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product. We do not refund the shipping charges incurred during the original purchase.

  • Refund: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will initiate a refund for the amount paid for the product. The refund will be issued using the Bank account details. Please note that we do not refund any shipping or digital payment charges associated with the order.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These may include perishable food items, opened packages, or items that cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for such items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

REFUND POLICY

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately at 03293071570 WhatsApp. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund for the product, including the amount paid for the item and applicable taxes. Please provide detailed information and, attach video and photos of the defect or damage for assessment.
  • Refund Timeframe: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Missing Items: If you received your order and it is missing one or more items, please notify us within 2 days after delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if the missing items are confirmed, we will either send you the missing items or provide a refund for the missing items.
  • Exclusions: We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
    • Change of mind or preference after purchase
    • Delayed or missed deliveries due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather conditions, or natural disasters)
    • Customer error in providing an incorrect shipping address
    • Failure to retrieve the package from the shipping carrier’s office within the stipulated time
